Rollem specializes in die-cutting, kiss-cutting, embossing, plus XY cutting, scoring, and perforating equipment. We are excited to once again, host live equipment demonstrations during the Amplify event. Our automated sheet-fed converting systems are ideally suited to process embellished press sheets without damaging the valuable finishing enhancements. Due to our Jetstream’s rotary cutting blades, each sheet is individually cut making these systems ideal for raised UV and enhanced postcards, business cards and brochures.
The award-winning Insignia6HPlus Die-Cutter is a feature-packed system that die-cuts shaped products, kiss-cuts pressure sensitive material, creases, perforates and, when required, removes hangar holes. Insignia offers ease of operation and fast job change-overs. The PLUS feature, a simplified touch screen interface, was designed for digital print users who change jobs frequently, allowing for simplified machine operation. The automatic waste removal system diverts the sheet matrix and delivers the cut, finished products onto a slow-moving conveyor or, a StackMaster for easier handling of smaller products.
The industry’s top trading card and game card producers all demand The Rollem Revolution for high-volume production slitting and collating. Imagine a machine that takes a 55-up sheet of cards and converts it into a finished deck in less than a minute. Revolution cuts sheets in two directions, collates and round corners – all in one step with one operator. In-line wrapper provides the finishing touch. The footprint of this system is too large to display but videos and samples will be available at the Amplify event.
