PB-16 Modular Drilling

The PB-16 is a heavy duty modular drilling machine with up to 13 drilling heads and many more standard features than most paper drill systems. Digital and offset print facilities and trade binderies will quickly realize the benefits of this drill.

The computerized programmable sliding table handles longer runs, larger paper formats, and multiple complex stroke patterns. Drill positions are programmed using a touch screen for automated drilling control on a variety of jobs.

The modular configuration allows the machine to be upgraded at any time, a concept unique to Dürselen drills. Available upgrades include:

  • Manual moving back gauge enabling back gauge to be moved 12″ behind drilling heads
  • Electronic programmable moving back gauge
  • Electronic control sliding table (ST feature) and either a manual or electronic back gauge
