Best for: MID-HIGH VOLUME DIGITAL RUNS AND OTHER CARD PRODUCTS (SEE VIDEO SHOWN ON LEFT)
High Volume, fully automated two-directional slitting machine (with perforating and scoring), ideal for digitally printed business cards. Utilizes press register guide to guarantee cutting accuracy through the run and performs common cuts as well as bleed cuts. Both bin delivery and shingle delivery options are available. Production speeds to 144,000 cards per hour.
Best for: ENTRY-MID LEVEL
This economical system is a semi-automated method for cutting business cards. It's designed with a two-stage, dual feeding process. Feed A cuts the sheets into strips of cards then Feed B cuts the strips into individual business cards. This system works effectively with both digital and offset products - ideally coated or laminated sheets.
Best for: DEDICATED HIGH VOLUME PRODUCTION OF OFFSET SHEETS
This high volume, high speed two-directional card slitting system was designed for dedicated business card production. Feeder options accommodate flat sheet or thermographic printing making the standard bottom of pile friction feeder the ideal option. Production speeds up to 200,000 cards per hour.
Benefit: Multiple finishing steps including slitting and bleed trimming are performed in one machine, eliminating excess manpower, waste and the need for guillotine cutters. Production speeds are unparalleled ranging from 100,000 to 250,000 cards per hour, depending on sheet layout with 100% accuracy and squareness.
